The property located at a good place in the middle of Hubli and Dharwad (closer to Hubli actually). Food was okay and service needs improvement. The price I felt a little higher for the room. The facilities are also okay. I was there for two days. The breakfast had no variety. It was overall a good stay but not that good also for a 4-star property. I expected even more.

The location of the hotel is very good over looking the lake , staff is polite and helpful, the food in the room service and the gufa restaurant is very good the location is prime on the main road

Arrived around the lunch hour by car and have over to valet parking staff. Had a nice and smooth check-in process, quickly moved to the room. Room was good looking with all appliances working, adequately furnished, and in good condition. Bed was comfortable. View outside the room, although peeks a little into Unkal lake and a huge church, a service center’s parking lot is not the most pleasant of views. Bathroom was ok with sufficient toiletries. Calls to room service, reception etc were promptly answered and service was quick. Restaurants in the basement and on top floor were very good AB bed drew good crowd, including those who weren’t the hotel’s guests. Check out prices was again smooth. All in all, a very good option in Hubli.

AC was not working and room service was pathetic..building is under renovation and had given room where work was going on..lot of noise

Property is clean , service is good , we stayed in suite ,liked the ambience ,breakfast as usual was good . They aim to please n make your stay comfortable, location is city centre n busy .

the reception attitude is like doing a favour to your customers. egoistic. started while checking in however ignored it. but couldn't take it while check out. bye bye. there are enough properties where they respect their customers. a big No to pai hotel

The location is good. We had dinner at Gufa (cave), the forest-themed restaurant. Good food. Overall service is very good. As a family, we have stayed here 3 or 4 times. This is my family's favourite hotel in Hubli. Whenever we visit Hubli, we stay here.
